Small Group Training
Enjoy our Group Exercise classes but want a smaller group setting? Looking to challenge yourself? Check out the YMCA's Small Group Training room, where we offer programs for everyone from high school athletes doing sports training to active older adults doing functional balance and stabilization training. Working in small groups of up to 9 people, YMCA instructors use functional equipment that challenges balance, stability, and works against gravity – “functional” because it mimics normal everyday activities more than a piece of equipment in a typical weight room. Visit the Schedules page for the current program schedule.
