Information on Recent Changes in the SilverSneakers Fitness Program
The SilverSneakers Fitness Program is offered by leading Medicare health plans and Medicare Supplement carriers throughout the country at no additional cost. Last year a trial program called Green Ribbon was offered to certain Medicare recipients. This temporary Green Ribbon program will no longer be eligible for SilverSneakers member benefits effective August 15. If you have been using the YMCA through your Green Ribbon trial membership and would like to continue your membership, please contact Misty Sammons (click to e-mail) at (239) 597-3148.
