Larry Lev
President & CEO

Larry is a 36 year veteran of the YMCA. Before assuming his post as President/CEO of the YMCA of the Palms he served for seven years as the Chief Operating Officer of the YMCA of Greater Toledo. He began his professional career with the YMCA as Physical Director with the YMCA of Cleveland. He has served at YMCA associations in Jerusalem, Israel, Yakima, WA, Aurora, IL, Dayton, OH, and Williamson County, TX.

Larry has been a continuous member of the YMCA since he was eight years old and he truly embodies the mission, vision and values of the YMCA. Larry graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Cleveland State University. He is a trainer for professional advanced courses for the YMCA of the USA where he trains new professionals in the YMCA movement. He and his wife, Laura, reside in Naples. They have two college-aged children, a son, Ariel, and a daughter, Shoshannah.

Frank Cavaliero
Chief Financial Officer

Frank joined the YMCA of the Palms in November of 2007 bringing nearly eleven years of not-for-profit experience with him as CFO of Wartburg Lutheran Services, an elder care continuum of care corporation, Child Welfare with Children’s Village as Senior Vice President of Administration and Finance and most recently as Chief Financial Officer of the Community School of Naples.  Prior to venturing into the not-for profit world, Frank held several senior level positions in Corporate America as Vice President with CSX Corporation, Treasurer/Controller of CMCE a defense contractor high tech start-up, Controller of the CIBA-GEIGY Chemical Division and Corporate Accountant of RCA Corporation.

A visitor and part-time resident of southwest Florida for over 25 years, the Cavaliero family made Lee County their permanent home in 2002 where Frank, wife Elizabeth (Libby) and family pooch Timmy live. He has four daughters and a son and enjoys twelve grandchildren.

Lisa Morse
Vice President of Development

Lisa Morse joins the staff of the YMCA of the Palms as the Vice President of Development. For the past 6 years Lisa has been the Vice President of Operations for the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County and prior to that she was the Tournament Coordinator for the Subaru Memorial Golf Tournament in Naples. Lisa has worked in the non profit and fundraising fields in Collier County for over 10 years. Her goal in joining the YMCA staff is to help raise resources to support the work of the organization and the outreach to those in need in Collier County.

Lisa is originally from Long Island, New York. She has a BA degree from the University of Scranton. She and her husband, Matt live in South Lee County.

Michelle Anderson
Director of Association Services

Michelle and her husband, Stan, and daughter, Lauren, recently moved to Naples from Ohio in February 2007. As Director of Association Services, Michelle is responsible for all Human Resources activities at the YMCA as well as group purchasing & all insurance programs.

Michelle has nearly 20 years of Human Resources experience. She holds a BA in Business from Bowling Green State University and a MBA from Baldwin Wallace College. Prior to joining the YMCA, Michelle worked in variety of industries including banking, manufacturing and non-profit. Her most recent appointment was Director of Human Resources with an affordable housing agency in Cleveland, Ohio.

Robin Siewers
Director of Corporate Membership & Communications

Robin joined the YMCA of the Palms in 2002 and worked in various roles before her recent promotion to Director of Corporate Membership & Communications. In her current role, Robin provides leadership for the Y’s membership, communications, and marketing activities. Before starting her career with the YMCA, Robin conducted research in the field of environmental toxicology with Duke University. Robin graduated with a B.S. in biology from Allegheny College and is currently pursuing her MBA at FGCU.
